When the shaft and shell are flexed, it can be adjusted automatically without increasing the bearing load. Self aligning roller bearing can bear radial load and axial load in 2 directions. Radial load capacity, suitable for heavy load, shock load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a taper hole bearing, which can be directly installed. Or it can be installed on the cylindrical shaft by using the fastening sleeve and the dismounting cylinder. The cages are made of steel stamping cages, polyamide forming cages and copper alloy car cages. <br \/>The self-aligning ball bearing has cylindrical hole and conical hole. The cage is made of steel plate and synthetic resin. Its feature is that the outer ring raceway is spherical, with automatic self-aligning, which can compensate the error of self-aligning ball bearing caused by different centrality and shaft deflection, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3 degrees. <br \/>It can bear large radial load and certain axial load. The outer ring raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has self-aligning performance. When the shaft is bent or tilted, the relative inclination between the inner ring center line and the outer ring center line is not more than 1 \u00b0 to 2.5 \u00b0, the bearing can still work. <br \/>There are 2 kinds of bore in self-aligning ball bearings: cylindrical bore and conical bore. The taper of conical inner hole is 1:12 or 1:30. In order to enhance the lubrication performance of the bearing, an annular oil groove and 3 oil holes are machined on the outer ring of the bearing.
