The silicon carbide bearings produced by our company use a new generation of pressureless sintered silicon carbide(SSiC). SSiC seeks to use high-purity a-SiC micropowder and additives to press into a green body, and then through a pressureless sintering process at high temperatures to form high-purity, high-density silicon carbide without free silicon. SSiC has better hardness, strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance and other performance indicators than other ceramics (such as: ZrO2, reaction sintered silicon carbide, etc.).

1. Ceramic bearings have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, cold resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic and electrical insulation, oil-free self-lubrication, and high speed. It can be used in extremely harsh environments and special working conditions. It can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, navigation, petroleum, chemical, automotive, electronic equipment, metallurgy, electric power, textiles, pumps, medical equipment, scientific research, national defense and military fields. High-tech products for the application of new materials.

2. The ceramic bearings, rings and rolling elements produced by the company are made of all ceramic materials, including zirconia (ZrO2), silicon nitride (SisN4), and silicon carbide (SiC). The retainer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon 66, polyetherimide, zirconia, silicon nitride, stainless steel or special aviation aluminum, thereby expanding the application range of ceramic bearings. Such as: high-speed bearings, high-temperature bearings, corrosion-resistant bearings, anti-magnetic bearings, electrical insulation bearings, etc.

(1) High-speed bearing: It has the advantages of cold resistance, small force elasticity, high pressure resistance, poor thermal conductivity, light weight, and small friction coefficient. It can be applied to high-speed spindles at 12,000 rpm to 75,000 rpm and others In high-precision equipment;

(2) High temperature resistant bearing: The material itself is resistant to high temperature of 1200ºC, and it is self-lubricating. The use temperature is between 100ºC and 800ºC without expansion caused by temperature difference. It can be used in furnaces, plastics, steel and other high-temperature equipment;

(3) Corrosion-resistant bearings: The material itself has corrosion-resistant properties and can be used in fields such as strong acids, strong alkalis, inorganic, organic salts, seawater, etc., such as: electroplating equipment, electronic equipment, chemical machinery, shipbuilding, medical equipment, etc. .

(4) Antimagnetic bearing: Because it is non-magnetic and does not absorb dust, it can reduce the bearing peeling off in advance and loud noise. Can be used in demagnetization equipment. Precision instruments and other fields.

(5) Electrically insulated bearings: Because of their high electrical resistance, they can avoid arc damage to the bearings and can be used in various electrical equipment requiring insulation.

(6) Vacuum bearings: Due to the unique oil-free and self-lubricating characteristics of ceramic materials, it can overcome the problem that ordinary bearings cannot achieve lubrication in an ultra-high vacuum environment.

Note: For the above 5 types of bearings provided by our company, the same set of bearings can be used in high temperature, high speed, acid-base, magnetic field, non-insulation, but the material properties are different (please refer to the performance table of rare earth ceramic materials). 3. List of bearing models

(1) Deep groove ball bearings (technical grade: P4, P5, P6, P0)

Deep groove ball bearings, the most representative rolling bearings, have a wide range of uses and can withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads. It is suitable for high-speed rotation, low noise and low vibration occasions, or high temperature, high cold, corrosion, magnetic field, non-insulation and other fields where steel bearings cannot be used.

(2) Self-aligning ball bearings

The raceway of the outer ring of the self-aligning ball bearing is spherical and self-aligning, which can supplement the error caused by the misalignment and shaft deflection. It is used to produce non-concentric or shaft deflection parts between the shaft and the shell and the alignment parts required by high temperature, low cold, corrosion, and magnetic field non-insulation.

Note: The inclination cannot exceed 3 degrees.

(3) Single row angular contact ball bearings (technical grade: P4, P5, P6, P0)

Angular contact bearings are suitable for high-speed and high-precision rotation. They do not affect their accuracy in high temperature, magnetic field, water, etc., and can withstand CZPT loads. The standard contact angles are 15°, 30° and 40°. The larger the contact angle, the greater the axial load capacity, and the smaller the contact angle. The bearing can withstand radial load and unidirectional axial load. Generally adopted in pairs installation. Please pay attention when purchasing.

(4) One-way thrust ball bearing

The one-way thrust ball bearing is composed of a washer-shaped ring with a ball rolling raceway and a cage assembled with the ball. Can bear axial load, but cannot bear radial load.

4. Characteristics of ceramic bearing materials

(2) Compared with the performance of bearing steel, its own weight is 30%-40% of bearing steel, which can reduce the increase of dynamic body load and slip caused by centrifugal force. Because of the high wear resistance, the speed is 1.3 to 1.5 times that of bearing steel, which can reduce the surface damage of the channel caused by high-speed rotation. The modulus of elasticity is 1.5 times higher than that of bearing steel. The force elasticity is small, which can reduce the deformation caused by the high load. The hardness is 1 times that of bearing steel, which can reduce wear. Compression resistance is 5-7 times that of bearing steel. The coefficient of thermal expansion is less than 20% of bearing steel. The friction coefficient is less than 30% of the bearing steel, which can reduce the heat generated by friction and reduce the bearing failure due to high temperature. The tensile and bending resistance are the same as metal.
