A reliable bearing order starts with a controlled specification: confirm the series, dimensions, sliding system, sealing, fit class and any required documents before production or sourcing is released.

What quality communication should cover
Raw material & ring preparation
Start from the ordered bearing family and agreed material route. Public pages describe the logic but do not substitute the confirmed order specification.
Machining, heat treatment & race geometry
Dimensional accuracy depends on the specified d / D / B / C and the construction family being produced or sourced.
Liner / seal / bronze configuration
PTFE composite, PTFE fabric, bronze-lined and 2RS-sealed families all require different configuration control.
Inspection planning
Define incoming, in-process or outgoing inspection expectations before release when additional records are required.
Packing & labeling
If export packing, private labeling or traceability marks are needed, include them in the RFQ or purchase order.
Document confirmation
Certificates of conformity, inspection values or material records should be confirmed for the specific order, not assumed universally.

Customization & order definition
Special sizes, special materials, coatings, sealing or packaging requests should be submitted with the joint drawing and operating environment. That allows the quotation to distinguish standard supply from non-standard review items.
Packaging & transport
Standard export packing, anti-rust treatment, carton/crate preferences and required shipping documents should be stated at RFQ stage when they affect evaluation or cost.
